Patriotism

Over the last several years it has come to my attention on numerous occasions that many of our youth seem to have a disconnect with our country. I can't understand the teenager in high school that doesn't stand for the pledge. I can't understand the teen that makes statements against our country! Then as I was watching the Olympics, I was astounded to hear how many young people have changed their citizenship to another country in order to compete in the olympic games! Several of them were naturally born USA Citizens. I am curious about your thoughts! Do you agree with this practice? What are your thoughts?
