What Would You Do...? To Wash or Not to Wash...

You're out one evening having a beer, watching the game at your favorite local restaurant or bar. You’ve had a couple drinks and it’s time to hit the bathroom. While in there you notice one of the bartenders from another local restaurant that you frequent is in the bathroom at the same time as you. You can’t help but notice that after they’re done, they simply walk straight out and never wash their hands… What do they do after they go to the bathroom on nights when they are actually working? Do they pay attention to the, “All employees MUST wash their hands before returning to work” sign on the mirror and back of the bathroom door? Does it make a difference to them if they are working or not? Are their behaviors going to be different depending is they are on the clock or not … Exactly my point!!!
